ORDERING GUIDELINES

PLACING YOUR ORDER
To place your order, please call us at 949.547.3939 or email info@pacificthymecatering.com. Our food is made from scratch to order and requires a minimum of 24-hour notice. Please allow 48-hour notice for groups of 50 or more. We do our best to accommodate orders placed with less than 48-hour notice, however menu items may be subject to availability.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
Pick-up Catering is available at our catering headquarters located at 24050 Camino Del Avion, Suite B, Dana Point. Delivery is available seven days a week, with the cost of delivery based upon the distance from our kitchen in Dana Point to your location, as well as the day of the week. We require a $150.00 minimum order for delivery (before sales tax and delivery charge). Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries after 6pm, on major holidays and for large orders.

MENU PRICING
Our Every Day Menu pricing is based on Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm. This menu is also available after 5pm and on weekends with a $3 per person upcharge on entrees.

Prices listed do not include sales tax, delivery, or any other applicable charges. All prices and products on our menus are subject to change based on what the market dictates. We will do our best to notify you of any changes or substitutions.

MINIMUM ORDER
Due to the quality and labor involved in preparing our food, all orders require a 10-person minimum. Other menus, such as our hot buffets, require a 25-person minimum or more.

CUSTOM ORDERS
These catering menus are only a small selection of what we offer. If you have certain food items in mind, or would like to create a custom menu, our team will gladly provide a chef-driven menu.

FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
When placing your order, please notify us of any food allergies or special requests. We are happy to accommodate most dietary requests.

PRESENTATION
We garnish our platters and food with fresh herbs, greens and edible flowers. To-go catering orders will be presented on premium black disposable trays and bowls. Hot items are presented in aluminum pans. All platters include serving utensils such as tongs and spoons.

DISPOSABLES & EQUIPMENT
Full settings are $1.50 each and include premium clear acrylic plate, silver utensils, and paper white napkin. Disposable wire chafing dishes are optional at $12.00 each. Refill chafer fuel is $3.00 (2 sternos). Chafing dish warmers are available to rent at $25.00 each and include sternos and stainless serving utensils.

FULL SERVICE EVENT CATERING
We offer full service catering with custom menus, event staffing, rentals, bar services, entertainment, décor, and event coordination. For a full list of services, please contact our Catering office.

SERVICE STAFF
Our team of professionals are available for any event and strongly recommended on orders/events of 30+ guests. An 18% service charge will be added to orders that include setup, equipment rental and staff. These are not gratuities and will not be distributed as such. DEPOSIT | PAYMENT | CANCELLATION POLICIES
To secure your event, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of your estimated event total is required. Final payment is due prior to the day of your event unless advance arrangements have been made. For all delivery orders, we request payment in full at time of ordering. We accept credit cards, cash or check. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount will be charged for cancellations 24-48 hours, prior to the delivery. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the entire order amount. For larger events, related labor and food expenses incurred up to your cancellation will be billed accordingly.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
An 18% administrative fee applies to all orders. These are not gratuities and will not be distributed as such.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in our pricing. If you would like to extend a gratuity it can be added to your invoice, or you may tip our staff directly. Gratuities are at are the customer’s discretion and optional. Gratuity for drivers is not included in the delivery charge.
